Sign up for your appointment
You’ll go through the sign-up process and review all of the necessary information to book your appointment. You’ll pick your date and time before finalizing payment.
Submit your records to HeartNexus
You can submit your records with three different methods. Records can be emailed to , faxed to , or uploaded during your sign up process.
Attend your appointment
Enjoy your appointment with one of our board-certified cardiologists as they perform an independent review of the submitted records. You are free to ask them any questions you feel necessary.
Receive your one page summary
You’ll receive a one-page summary of the independent review that you can share with your practitioners. We do not offer ongoing care.
